Abstract

Neurofibromas are benign tumors that originate from the sheet of peripheral nerves, even though rare, they are occasionally seen in patients with a prior history of neurofibromatosis type1, in which case a sporadic form is diagnosed.   A 27-year-old male is described with a left asymptomatic supraclavicular slow growing mass.  During surgery it was found that the tumor was originating from the Ansa Hypoglossi
